A sourcing path that fits your business
Updated
Your first product launch, a repeat wholesale order and an original design need different briefs. Magic Wave supports catalog sourcing and OEM/ODM discussions; start with the decision you need to make.
Build a focused first assortment
Choose your audience, destination and product category before comparing suppliers. Shortlist a small group of models, request comparable samples, and budget separately for packaging, documentation and freight.
Make wholesale quotations comparable
Specify quantity per model, packaging contents, requested delivery point and documentation. Ask which items are currently available and which need production; agree repeat-order references so later batches can be compared.
Set the boundaries of customization
Separate logo and box changes from product construction or functional changes. Define ownership of designs and tooling, sample milestones and the written specification before ordering.
Warehouse and marketplace preparation
Barcode labeling and delivery to an Amazon warehouse can be discussed for suitable orders. Provide current label files, destination, carton requirements and the party responsible for import clearance. Confirm the agreed scope in the quotation; supplier support does not guarantee marketplace listing approval or acceptance.
One brief, clear next steps
Include the category, target market, quantity, required product records, packaging and preferred delivery date. If you do not yet know a specification, identify the question you want the sample to resolve.
