Request current models and standard packaging, then compare samples and order terms. Start with our six product families.
Private label / OEM
Describe your brand, artwork and requested product changes. Confirm which options can be applied to the selected model and which require further development.
Original development / ODM
Provide a concept, intended functions and constraints. Agree feasibility, design responsibility, tooling, samples and commercial scope in writing.
OEM and ODM terminology can vary between suppliers. Read our comparison guide and agree the actual responsibilities, rather than relying on the label alone.
Make each handoff reviewable.
Use the OEM/ODM approval milestones and change-record questions to define what your team will approve at each stage.
Define the product and market
Share category, reference design, target country, quantity and any required materials or functions. Identify mandatory requirements and preferences separately.
Agree the development scope
Confirm proposed changes, feasibility, quotation contents, design and tooling ownership, and who supplies each file. Do not assume exclusivity or an unrestricted right to a reference design.
Review the sample and documents
Use one model reference across the sample, specification, material records, instructions and packaging. List changes requiring another approval.
Confirm the order and shipment
Agree quantity, acceptance criteria, schedule, packaging and delivery scope in the order. Barcode labeling and Amazon warehouse delivery can be discussed for suitable programs.
Documentation follows the product.
Ask which CE, RoHS, KC or FDA-related records apply to your selected model and destination. Review the actual file, scope and product identity before making a market claim. A general factory quality-system statement does not establish approval for every product.
Supplier-provided order guidance is 3–5 days for regular orders and 10–25 days for bulk or OEM orders, depending on quantity and product type. Confirm the actual production schedule in the quotation; these are not shipping transit times. Warranty scope and remedies must also be agreed for the selected order.
