Compare a defined set, not a category label
Two sets with similar images can differ in the number of units, individual weight, construction and included accessories. Request a dimensioned specification and weight schedule for every piece. Agree whether a quoted weight refers to one unit, a pair or the packed set.
Ask the team to show the retrieval structure and explain any joints or removable parts. Review the actual sample and care instructions. A general silicone description or product photograph does not establish the grade, construction or supporting material records.
Build the sample acceptance sheet
- Set definition: identify every included item and distinguish any color variants from size or weight variants.
- Dimensions and mass: request a measurable specification and agree the acceptance method before production.
- Construction: confirm contact materials, joins and retrieval features on the selected sample.
- Care information: approve cleaning, drying, storage and inspection instructions supplied for the product.
- Presentation: ensure the tray, pouch or box keeps variants identifiable and matches the approved contents list.
