Privacy notice
Updated
This notice explains how Magic Wave uses information from this website and its inquiry form.
Inquiry information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, the website sends your name, email, company, product category, project type, target market, quantity, message and source page to our inquiry system. Required fields are marked in the form. The information is stored so Magic Wave can review and respond to your business request.
Storage and access
The inquiry system runs on the website hosting platform and its Cloudflare database service. Inquiry records are available through a protected management area for the website owner. We keep them to handle requests and maintain related business correspondence. For questions about access, correction or removal of your information, contact magicwavesextoy@outlook.com.
Essential form protection
The form uses a short-lived verification cookie, a signed form token, duplicate protection and request limits. Rate-limit identifiers are protected with a server-side key; raw IP addresses are not stored in inquiry records. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during later submissions. These checks help protect the form; they do not subscribe you to marketing.
Your choices and other contact channels
You can browse without submitting a form and contact us directly by email or WhatsApp instead. The copy and download buttons create a brief on your device without submitting it. Details you choose to send by email or WhatsApp are handled by those services under their own terms and privacy notices.
Hosting and analytics
The hosting service may process technical request information and security cookies to provide and protect the website. Advertising features are not enabled. Optional Google Analytics is described below. A form success message confirms that an inquiry was saved; it does not mean a staff member has already read or replied to it.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us measure website visits, confirmed inquiry submissions and contact-link actions. We send page information and fixed event labels, not inquiry names, email addresses, messages or order details. Page URLs are sent without query strings or fragments. Google may process technical device and request information to provide analytics.
Analytics tags load only after you choose Allow analytics. Choosing Decline analytics keeps optional analytics off. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. This choice is remembered on your device for up to180 days; it does not affect whether you can submit an inquiry or contact us.
