Wholesale and OEM sourcing questions, answered.
Start with these procurement answers, then confirm the model, documents and commercial terms for your order. No category-wide statement replaces a product-specific quotation.
What is the usual lead time?
Supplier-provided guidance is 3–5 days for regular orders and 10–25 days for bulk or OEM orders, depending on quantity and product type. Confirm stock, customization scope and the production schedule in your quotation; this is not a transit-time promise.
Do you accept private label projects?
Yes. OEM and ODM projects are welcome, including product direction, finish, packaging and branded collections.
What product categories can we discuss?
Current categories include vibrators, wands, clitoral stimulators, male masturbators, Kegel balls and silicone dilators, with female and male wellness ranges available for discussion.
What warranty support is available?
A one-year warranty applies to damage not caused by intentional human action, subject to product-specific terms and confirmation before order.
Can you provide market documentation?
Ask the team which CE, RoHS, KC or FDA-related documents apply to your selected model and market. Review the actual records before ordering; availability and scope vary by product.
Can you support barcode labeling or warehouse delivery?
Barcode labeling and direct shipment to a warehouse can be discussed for suitable programs. Include your target market and fulfillment requirements in the inquiry.

What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed per model, color and customization scope. Include quantity per variation so the team can quote the actual assortment.
How do we request and approve samples?
Ask for the current model reference, sample terms and specifications. Agree the physical product, packaging and any changes before bulk production.
How should we choose OEM or ODM?
Describe the actual changes and responsibilities first. Compare the paths in our OEM/ODM guide, then confirm scope in writing.

Sample and packaging decisions
Does approving a sample approve the whole production batch?
No. The sample records the agreed configuration. Decide separately how the production lot will be reviewed and accepted. See the sample and lot acceptance guide and agree the applicable responsibilities for your order.
Should our SKU and barcode number be treated as the same reference?
Keep your internal SKU, supplier model reference and assigned product identifier in separate fields, with a documented mapping. Review the packaging identification checklist with whoever supplies and approves your label data.
